Sand to Stars sits on a quiet residential street in central Cocoa Beach, between the Cocoa Beach Pier and Alan Shepard Park. Grab a cooler and walk 0.3 miles to the beach. Restaurants, surf shops and the pier are all within walking distance.

We're a family of five from Quebec, Canada. After long, cold winters, Florida became the place our whole family looks forward to. On our trips to the Space Coast with our three young sons, we watched them run into the waves and dig in the sand for hours, and we knew this was where we wanted to make memories every year.
Sand to Stars is the result. Our boys helped plan it: they browsed listings with us, picked their favourite amenities (the pool table and arcades were non-negotiable) and named the rooms they'd claim. We named our company Stellar Heritage because we hope this home becomes a family heirloom, cared for with the same attention we'd want as guests.
We believe in quality over quantity. When you stay with us, you'll find a home that's been thought through for families, and a local team ready to help during your stay.
